A self-aware, results-driven, passionate leader and team player, Sam Petti is creative and commercially minded. Degree qualified, she is an expert in navigating the connection between strategy and delivery through brand, PR, advertising, partnerships, marketing, communication, content, and events. 

With over 20 years of corporate and agency experience, Sam has put her skills to the test leading brand, marketing and communications teams and projects across some of the country’s most complex and recognised brands with national and regional coverage, including AMP, Challenger, Aware Super and LJ Hooker.   

While she’s mostly a city dweller, Sam’s values and heart are in regional Australia. She is well rounded, pragmatic, and strategic. You can put Sam into any situation anywhere and she will see the opportunity and find a way to leverage it. A hustler by nature, Sam is well versed in navigating the worlds of businesses of any size, from the city to the bush, and getting results.

A chance meeting with one of the Sauce team in regional NSW led her to us and we couldn’t be happier. Sam brings skills and insights from her well round approach to life, with a background in social work, a qualified health coach and yoga teacher, and volunteer for the Wayside Chapel in Sydney.
