The Brief

AgriFutures Australia’s annual Stakeholder Summit is a cornerstone event, uniting rural leaders, innovators, policymakers, and industry representatives from across the country. In 2025, the aim was to create an engaging, collaborative, and high-impact program that strengthened connections across stakeholder groups, showcased industry innovation, and fostered genuine collaboration for the future of Australian agriculture.

Having successfully delivered the 2017, 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2024 Summits, Sauce Communications was engaged once again to manage the full event delivery, from program planning and logistics to stakeholder engagement and on-the-ground coordination. The 2025 event in Canberra was set to be the most ambitious yet, with an expanded program, larger gala dinner, and a strong emphasis on immersive experiences.

Our Approach

Working in close partnership with the AgriFutures team, Sauce developed and executed a five-day event that balanced strategy, connection, and inspiration. Canberra, the heart of Australia’s agricultural policy and research, provided the ideal backdrop for the Summit’s goals.

Our planning process covered venue sourcing, AV and catering, to transport, guest logistics, and program scheduling. We coordinated activities across 16 locations, ensuring a seamless experience for over 170 core attendees and more than 300 total participants throughout the week. Onsite, Sauce managed all logistics and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple venues and concurrent activities.
