Sauce Director MC at SSE launch

12 September 2017

As the NSW Government’s nominee on the Board of the Sydney School of Entrepreneurship (SSE), Sauce Director Liane Sayer-Roberts was recently invited to MC the school’s official launch.

Partnering with all 11 NSW universities and TAFE NSW, SSE will educate our future entrepreneurs with a focus on job creation and industry innovation. Following six months of development, SSE CEO Nick Kaye and his team’s hard work were celebrated at the launch. NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro officially opened the school with government leaders, education and entrepreneurial communities and the pilot class, “The Navigators”, in attendance.

Liane called the launch of SSE “an incredible milestone for entrepreneurship not just in NSW but across Australia”.

The school will host a diverse and high-achieving peer group and provide them with practical training, support, mentoring and an array of learning and networking opportunities.

CEO Nick Kaye is leading the charge of the pilot class of SSE, following his 10 years as CEO of the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship.

The school is designed to eventually take on 1000 students from across NSW’s education institutions, providing training that will enable the development of innovative business ventures.
