“State Water Corporation engaged Sauce Communications to help develop a program of celebrations to mark 100 years since the beginning of construction of Burrinjuck Dam. Liane Sayer-Roberts provided direction and balance in developing and delivering that program. She used her extensive local knowledge to support the Dubbo-based State Water team in bringing this program together, paying particular intention to our need to engage local communities in the Murrumbidgee valley, while also acknowledging the importance of the celebrations to the individuals and families who had been involved with the dam at some stage during its construction or operation.
"Liane’s involvement covered everything from planning events that included tours, a cocktail party, dinner dance and commemorative church service to sponsorship coordination and developing promotional items. She is very capable when it comes to multi-tasking and is always able to stay on track and remain focused, while also encouraging other team members to produce results.
"Liane is an excellent project manager – she shows foresight and realistic expectations in planning for major events and provides a level of detail that instils confidence and displays her high standard of professionalism. Liane is a delight to work with. She is enthusiastic, has a positive approach to her work and her clients, brings creative solutions to projects, delivers what she has promised, both on time and to budget and remains calm under pressure. I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again in the future.”
